O relat\u00f3rio deste ano aborda em particular a resposta dos sistemas educativos \u00e0 escassez de professores.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Entre os temas analisados est\u00e3o as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e sal\u00e1rios dos professores, o envelhecimento da classe docente e atratividade da carreira, assim como as qualifica\u00e7\u00f5es, aprendizagem ao longo da vida e o impacto das din\u00e2micas demogr\u00e1ficas na educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">A
